(Political Satire, STILL Legal in the USA) (WASHINGTON-Feb 12, 2017) GOP lawmakers, desperate to escape constituencies who are angry about the imminent loss of their Obamacare, have been fleeing town hall meetings all over the country.

“I urge my fellow Republicans to remain steadfast,” said Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who spoke from underneath his antique 19th Century Gothic Revival Louis IV Walnut bed. “We need to stand our ground.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz said that the protesters who came to his town hall meeting were brought in from the outside just to disrupt things.

“I know this for a fact,” Chaffeftz said, while cowering under the comforter in his childhood bed, “and facts don’t lie.”

Rep. Chaffetz provided no facts to back up that claim.
