(Political Satire)(SACRAMENTO) President-elect Donald Trump tweeted Sunday afternoon that there was “Serious voter fraud in Virginia, New Hampshire and California” and that it was a “big problem!”
But the State of California quickly responded a few hours later in a hastily called news conference.
“We, The State of California, absolutely, and in the strongest possible terms, reject the premise of President-elect Trump’s assertion. There is no voter fraud in California,” the State said. ” It’s just that we honestly can’t stand him.”
Trump, who lost the vote count in California by a punishing 30%, responded almost immediately, again on Twitter.
“Crafty Cali says there’s no fraud. I know better. So sad. Believe–”
The Tweet was reportedly interrupted by Trump’s childhood nanny, Mrs. Ida Mae Washington, who had earlier sent him to bed without supper for his last Twitter burst.
Inside sources report Mrs. Washington swatting the phone from his hand and saying, “Donnie, don’t you make me tell you again!” before putting him in a time out on a little golden stool in the playroom of his penthouse suite.
California was reportedly heard to mutter as it walked away from the press conference, “He can forget free tickets to Disneyland.”
